Muhammad Faisal Khan Appointed as Head of Research & Development (PVC Compounding) at Pakistan Cables Limited

Muhammad Faisal Khan has embarked on an exciting new chapter in his professional journey as Head of Research & Development (PVC Compounding) at Pakistan Cables Limited, bringing extensive technical expertise and industry experience to this leadership position.

With more than 15 years of experience across polymer compounding, chemical engineering, and industrial process optimization, Faisal has built a strong track record in product innovation, formulation development, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.

Prior to joining Pakistan Cables Limited, he spent nearly 13 years at Midas Safety, progressing through several technical and managerial roles, most recently serving as Deputy Manager Polymer. During his tenure, he contributed to new product development, sustainable material solutions, process improvements, and quality compliance. He also gained valuable early-career experience in process engineering at Gatron Industries Limited.

Holding a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, along with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Dawood University of Engineering and Technology, Faisal brings a strong foundation in research, technical problem-solving, and product development.
