Ronin Factory Manager Job 2026

The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing daily factory operations and ensuring that production, quality, efficiency, safety, and operational targets are achieved. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, team management, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing daily factory operations across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and EHS.
• Ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, efficiency, and operational standards.
• Monitoring and improving productivity, OEE, yield, capacity utilization, and equipment performance.
• Identifying operational challenges and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Driving Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring production costs, material usage, wastage, and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinating with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and HR for smooth factory operations.
• Leading and developing factory teams while ensuring safety, quality, policy compliance, and timely performance reporting.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates applying for the Ronin Factory Manager position should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations.

• Proven experience in managing production and overall factory operations.
