Rubas Tallat Khan has been promoted to Assistant Manager at CCL Pharmaceuticals, marking another important milestone in her business development career. In her new role, she will contribute to strategic portfolio expansion, business development initiatives, and the identification of high-impact growth opportunities within the organization.

Prior to this promotion, Rubas served as Senior Executive – Business Development at CCL Pharmaceuticals, where she supported strategic planning, portfolio management, and business growth initiatives. Earlier, she worked as a Business Development Officer at Remington Pharma, playing a key role in product evaluation, in-licensing opportunities, market analysis, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations that supported portfolio expansion and long-term business growth.

Rubas holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of the Punjab. Her strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, combined with expertise in business development and portfolio strategy, continues to position her as a rising professional in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry.
