1. Lead Manager / Senior Lead Manager Quality Assurance
Location: Karachi SITE Plant
Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience
Qualification: Pharm-D or M.Sc. in Chemistry
Job Overview
The Lead Manager / Senior Lead Manager Quality Assurance will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing, packaging, in-process control, and validation activities comply with approved SOPs, cGMP requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturing, packaging, and IPC activities comply with approved SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage IPC operations, including staff planning, training, documentation, and coordination with Production and other departments.
- Investigate deviations, OOS and OOT results, and implement appropriate CAPA.
- Ensure timely closure of quality-related actions.
- Lead toll manufacturing quality activities, including partner audits and documentation compliance.
- Ensure GMP adherence, agreed specifications, and technical or commercial agreements.
- Conduct compliance meetings and respond effectively to audit observations.
- Identify quality gaps and ensure appropriate CAPA follow-up and closure.
- Develop and maintain the Validation Master Plan.
- Lead validation activities and ensure validation systems remain inspection-ready.
- Represent the Validation function during regulatory audits.
Required Skills
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Experience with cGMP, validation, CAPA, deviations, OOS/OOT, and regulatory audits.

2. Assistant / Associate Manager Planning, Lahore
Location: Lahore
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably MBA in Supply Chain
Job Overview
The Assistant / Associate Manager Planning will support production planning and supply chain operations by ensuring production plans are aligned with product priorities, material availability, and plant capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure production plan conformance for plants.
- Prepare weekly production schedules based on product priorities and material availability.
- Coordinate with Procurement regarding material availability and product priorities.
- Coordinate with Quality teams for timely material and product release.
- Prepare weekly plan conformance and monthly reports covering plan performance and capacity utilization.
- Prepare daily downtime reports with MPM summaries.
- Act as a bridge between head office and plant teams.
- Coordinate with toll partners to support production planning and execution.

Job Overview
Searle Biopharma is seeking an experienced Assistant / Associate Manager Planning to support production planning, supply chain coordination, and manufacturing operations at its Karachi Plant in Port Qasim.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate production planning records, coordinating material availability, monitoring production schedules, and supporting overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update SAP master data, production and process orders, and production planning records.
- Develop and monitor weekly production schedules based on demand, material availability, production capacity, and changeover optimization.
- Monitor schedule variances and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure timely material availability and release of materials and finished products.
- Support uninterrupted manufacturing and on-time product availability.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturing partners regarding production plans, material requirements, manufacturing progress, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare production planning reports covering plan conformance, capacity utilization, downtime/MTM analysis, and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory, resource utilization, and supply chain performance.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Data analysis skills.
- Experience with weekly production scheduling.
- Power BI and dashboard reporting knowledge.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
