Her professional journey includes a 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 tenure at Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, where she served as Academic Officer and Program Management Officer, supporting faculty hiring, HR coordination, employee-related processes, academic administration, and cross-functional operations. Earlier, she served as Admission and Marketing Officer at Iqra University, following her initial experience as an HR Intern at Pakistan International Bulk Terminal, where she gained exposure to employee records, payroll data, HR documentation, and policy administration.
