Position: Head of Human Capital Division

Urban Sole is looking for an experienced HR professional who can lead the Human Capital Division and oversee major HR functions across the organization, including recruitment, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Human Capital Division will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment and selection for Head Office, Retail, and other business functions.
• Managing HR operations, onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
• Overseeing performance management, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
• Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
