With over a decade of experience, he brings extensive expertise in hybrid power generation, renewable energy integration, electrical systems, plant optimization, reliability, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

During his journey at Lucky Cement Limited, Shaikh has progressed through multiple roles, serving as Manager Operations & Maintenance, Senior Deputy Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager, and Trainee Engineer. His experience includes managing a 198+ MW hybrid power plant, commissioning a 28.8 MW wind farm, integrating a 22.7 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), optimizing renewable energy dispatch, and driving safe and reliable plant operations.
