Before joining Ideas Private Limited, Ahmed held progressive HR roles at Paysys Labs, advancing from Human Resources Executive to Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Business Partner. She also served as an HR Business Partner at Credsys (Private) Limited and built a strong foundation at Geo Tv Network, progressing from Junior HR Officer to Human Resources Officer.
