Ali Rizwan has embarked on a new professional chapter as HRBP – Technical Operations at Martin Dow Limited, marking another significant milestone in his progressive HR career. With over 𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and employee engagement, he brings a well-rounded perspective to his new role.

Prior to this appointment, Rizwan progressed through multiple HR leadership roles within Martin Dow Limited, most recently serving as Assistant HRBP – MDM Commercial and Assistant Manager Human Resources. His earlier experience at The SEARLE Company Ltd. further strengthened his expertise in SAP HCM, HR operations, and people management, building a strong foundation for his continued growth as an HR professional.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology, his career journey reflects consistent professional growth and a strong focus on creating impactful people strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
