Prior to joining Phaedra Solutions, he served as Assistant Manager Human Resources at BrainX Technologies, where he led end-to-end recruitment, supported HR strategy, strengthened HR frameworks, and introduced AI-driven solutions to enhance hiring efficiency and streamline HR operations. His earlier experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter and HR Generalist further strengthened his expertise in building technology-focused teams.
