Muhammad Burhan Appointed as Head of Facilities & HSSE Pakistan at Al-Futtaim New Holland- Alghazi tractors group

Muhammad Burhan has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of Facilities & HSSE Pakistan at Al-Futtaim New Holland – Al-Ghazi Tractors Group, marking another significant milestone in his 14+ year career in workplace services, administration, facilities, and operational excellence.

With extensive experience across facilities management, administration, security, HSE, fleet operations, vendor governance, compliance, and cost optimization, Burhan has built a strong track record of enabling efficient and business-focused workplace environments.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy General Manager Administration at Outfitters Stores, where he led administrative and security operations across the head office and retail network. His earlier six-year tenure at Unilever further strengthened his expertise in factory administration, employee services, transport, facilities, compliance, and workforce support, serving operations supporting 1,500–2,000 employees daily.

His career also includes significant experience with Warid Telecom and Celeros Networks Private Ltd, giving him a broad perspective across FMCG, retail, telecom, and operational environments.

In his new role, Burhan will lead facilities and HSSE operations across Pakistan, with a focus on safety, compliance, operational reliability, workplace efficiency, and employee experience.
