1. Fielding Coach (Red & White Ball)
Position: Fielding Coach (Red & White Ball)
Department: Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team
The Pakistan Cricket Board is seeking an experienced and skilled Fielding Coach to join the Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team. The selected candidate will play an important role in developing and enhancing the fielding skills of national team players.
Required Education, Competency & Experience
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers, national teams, franchise teams, or international teams
- Excellent understanding of fielding techniques, game analysis, and player development
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes used internationally for developing modern fielding techniques
- Experience in successfully coaching athletes or cricketers to required international standards
- Strong planning, organizing, and execution capabilities
- Strong management skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of coaching software will be considered an added qualification
2. Senior Manager Security & Anti-Corruption
Position: Senior Manager Security & Anti-Corruption
The Senior Manager Security & Anti-Corruption will be responsible for supporting the safety, security, and integrity of PCB assets, venues, personnel, and operations. The role also involves coordinating with law enforcement agencies and relevant government departments for security arrangements related to domestic and international cricket events.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety and security of all PCB assets, venues, personnel, and operations
- Coordinating with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and relevant government departments regarding security arrangements for domestic and international cricket matches and events
- Planning, developing, and implementing security programs covering emergency response, crisis management, physical security, information protection, incident management, and investigations under the guidance of the Director Security & Anti-Corruption, PCB
- Supporting the implementation of PCB’s anti-corruption policies, procedures, and awareness programs
- Supporting anti-corruption monitoring, intelligence gathering, and integrity-related activities during domestic and international cricket events
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and cricket governing bodies on security and anti-corruption matters
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 20 years of service experience in the Pakistan Army, Punjab Police, or Sindh Police
- Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in security management, intelligence, investigations, vigilance, integrity management, or anti-corruption operations

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
