The role will also oversee food, restaurant, cafeteria, and other hospitality-related cost controls while maintaining required quality, safety, and service standards.

- Leading the overall cost control function for the Facility Services Department
- Developing, monitoring, and controlling departmental budgets and operational expenditures
- Reviewing monthly expenses and identifying budget variances and cost overruns
