Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of Assembly Shop/EOL processes and systems and supporting various production and engineering initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a strong understanding of Assembly Shop/EOL processes and systems
- Leading New Model Introduction (NMI) projects
- Managing facility installation, equipment commissioning, and handover activities
- Identifying process and equipment gaps
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Supporting capacity enhancement projects
- Contributing to KPI development and planning
- Participating actively in departmental and cross-functional initiatives
- Supporting the achievement of production objectives
Qualification Criteria
Candidates applying for the Hyundai Nishat Jobs 2026 position should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Engineering specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering
Requirements and Skills
