The role involves coordinating export sales activities and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Candidates with relevant experience in export sales coordination and hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The International Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and accurate internal and external communication regarding order status and updates.
• Processing export sales orders in the SAP system.
• Preparing and issuing proforma invoices according to customer requirements.
• Tracking and monitoring orders in hand to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinating with production and logistics teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Resolving order related issues and discrepancies.
• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Preparing regular reports covering order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
• Completing required entries after posting for all entities.

Qualification and Experience
