The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, effectively communicating product information to healthcare professionals, developing customer relationships, and supporting business growth across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Delivering effective product detailing in line with the company’s Sales Certification Model to engage doctors
- Achieving agreed sales targets within defined timelines
- Developing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Maintaining up-to-date product, disease, and selling knowledge
- Identifying and developing new customers
- Supporting customer satisfaction and achievement of territory objectives
- Planning and organizing professional events, including seminars, symposia, and roundtable meetings
- Representing the company professionally and developing strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders
- Traveling extensively as required for the assigned territory
Eligibility and Requirements

- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects without compromising quality, compliance, or business continuity
- Managing deviations and change controls and ensuring timely completion of CAPA and action plans
