Kinza Fatima Promoted to Assistant Lead Designer at Sowears

Kinza Fatima has been promoted to Assistant Lead Designer at Sowears, marking another significant milestone in her fashion design career. In her expanded leadership role, she will oversee collection development, trend forecasting, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration while leading creative initiatives that strengthen the brand’s contemporary fashion portfolio and deliver market-driven collections.

Prior to this promotion, Kinza served as Senior Fashion Designer at Sowears, where she played a key role in developing commercially successful collections and managing the end-to-end design process. She also worked as Senior Fashion Designer at Qaalb Studio, contributing to premium fashion collections and product development. Earlier, she built a strong foundation at Sprinkles, progressing from Fashion Design Intern to Fashion Designer and later Senior Fashion Designer. Throughout her journey, she gained extensive experience in garment design, collection planning, fabric sourcing, trend research, production coordination, and delivering innovative designs across multiple fashion categories.

Kinza earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Iqra University (Official), where she developed the creative and technical expertise that has shaped her successful career in the fashion industry. Her academic background, combined with hands-on industry experience, continues to position her as an emerging design leader in Pakistan’s retail and apparel sector.
