Aisha Ashfaq Khan Joined as Western Head Designer at Chase Up

Aisha Ashfaq Khan has joined Chase Up as Western Head Designer, marking a significant milestone in her career. In this leadership role, she will lead the western wear division across menswear, womenswear, kids, boys, girls, and infants, driving collection development, trend forecasting, product innovation, and commercial design strategies to strengthen the brand’s position in the fashion retail industry.

Before joining Chase Up, Aisha served as Design Team Lead, Fashion Designer, and Visual Merchandiser at Sowears, where she led design teams, managed end-to-end collection development, oversaw sampling and production coordination, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver trend-focused collections.

Earlier, she worked as a Fashion Stylist/Designer and Fashion Intern at Saya (Al Razzaq Fibres Pvt. Ltd.), gaining hands-on experience in styling, campaign execution, fashion illustration, and product development. She also worked as a Social Media Manager at Brandzmark, while holding several leadership roles at
AIESEC, including Regional Marketing Head, Local Brand Manager, Corporate Sales Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator, National Manager for Audit, Operations Manager, and General Body Member, building strong expertise in branding, marketing, leadership, business development, and organizational management.

Aisha earned her Bachelor’s in Fashion Design from the Asian Institute of Fashion Design, graduating as a Distinction Holder with a CGPA of 3.53. She further enhanced her business and leadership capabilities by completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from KSBL, equipping her with a unique combination of creative expertise and strategic business knowledge for the evolving fashion industry.
