Rosheena Appointed as Human Resources Specialist at SRD Tech

Rosheena . has embarked on a new professional chapter as Human Resources Specialist at SRD Tech, bringing experience across talent acquisition, HR management, organizational growth, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to joining SRD Tech, Rosheena served as Human Resources Manager at 8vertix and Vals Group, where she developed expertise in people management, strategic HR practices, and workplace development. Her earlier experience as Project Manager at Mean3 further strengthened her leadership, coordination, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by exposure to digital marketing and content management at Webex Venture.

Rosheena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from ILMA University – Formerly IBT and has also completed a Digital Marketing course from the Institute of Business Management. Her blend of HR expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic business exposure positions her for continued growth in the human resources and organizational development landscape.
