Job Overview

Allume Solar Company (Private) Limited is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager to optimize sourcing, supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and production planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability, efficient production scheduling, supplier management, logistics coordination, and alignment between demand and supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply chain strategies for sourcing PV, battery, BESS, and other production components from domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage import and export logistics, customs clearance, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, INCOTERMS, and company procurement policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
• Develop production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
• Coordinate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to align production capacity with demand.
• Monitor production KPIs, including OTIF, capacity utilization, and plan adherence.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Production teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, and production planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international sourcing and logistics.
• Expertise in production scheduling and supply planning.
• Hands-on experience with MRP and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
