Sadaf Iftikhar has been promoted to Senior Manager – CVM & Churn at PTCL.Official, marking another significant milestone in her journey within the organization.

Having been a part of PTCL.Official for over 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, Sadaf has progressed from Assistant Manager – Churn Management (Commercial) to Manager – CVM Wireline, and now to Senior Manager – CVM & Churn. Throughout her tenure, she has led customer value management initiatives, churn analytics, BI reporting, machine learning-driven customer behavior analysis, retention strategies, product performance optimization, marketing campaigns, and data-driven business decision-making to enhance customer experience and drive commercial growth.

Prior to PTCL.Official, she served as a Management Trainee Officer at Foundation Power Company Daharki Limited and Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL), where she worked on SAP, business intelligence, application development, server monitoring, and enterprise technology solutions. She also completed internships at Teradata, contributing to an Internet of Things (IoT) research project, and at Interactive Group of Companies, where she gained experience in web and Android development.

Sadaf holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Bahria University, providing a strong foundation in data analytics, software engineering, and business intelligence.
