Muskaan Iqbal Sheikhani has stepped into a new chapter as Lead L&D (UOQ Region) at Arla Foods, marking a significant progression in her HR career and further strengthening her expertise in learning, talent management, and organizational development.

Her professional journey includes serving as Human Resources Business Partner at Arla Foods, along with progressive experience at Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd., where she contributed across commercial HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture, performance management, and workforce planning. She has also held HR and recruitment responsibilities at Macpac Films and gained early business exposure through her role at Kia Motors South.

Muskaan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, providing a strong academic foundation for her career in strategic human resources and people development.
